Quiet hotel in excellent location with the river view. Bar nearby was a lovely treat. Do not compare Wheatsheaf with other hotels.

after the arrival, we met host, who was excellent. riverside location. apart from that, st mary's church was 5 minutes away by driving. we recommend to anyone.

The location was in the historic part of the city, with a 10-minute walk you can reach wilton house. Comfortable beds where provided. The hotel was close to Salisbury train station.
